Foundation for Professional Development

The Foundation for Professional Development (FPD) is a South African Private Institution of Higher Education focussing on promoting action research, clinical research and research on educational practice. The Compass project includes accurate mapping of all HIV/AIDS service providers within provinces/municipalities including information on their services, as well as an annual epidemiological quantification of the service delivery need.

Recent project

Analysing the data of the 2010 and 2011 survey on HIV/AIDS service provision in Tshwane and calculating the need for services. Writing the 2010 and 2011 report (Foreword, Executive summary, Introduction, Literature reviews, Findings of the survey, Discussion and conclusion, Way forward) and a journal article.
