Ndlovu Care Group (NCG) is an innovative community health care and development group operating in rural areas in South Africa. The main goal is to promote access to quality healthcare and sustainable community improvement. In order to evaluate the results of the interventions, epidemiological research is needed to establish baselines and provide follow-up measurements.

Writing a funding proposal for the Gates Foundation on the assessment of a comprehensive community prevention approach for HIV, TB, hypertension and diabetes, linked to a monitoring system for the occurrence of disease.
