The Foundation for Professional Development (FPD) is a South African Private Institution of Higher Education focussing on promoting action research, clinical research and research on educational practice. The Compass project includes accurate mapping of all HIV/AIDS service providers within provinces/municipalities including information on their services, as well as an annual epidemiological quantification of the service delivery need.www.foundation.co.za
