As part of a Health Impact Assessment I developed a health baseline study for a region in Angola which in the future might be exposed to certain impacts as a result of an off-shore oil field development. I travelled to Luanda from 16-20 May 2011 to meet with the consultancy firm ARC that hired me to do the task.
