Proposal writing workshop migration and health

In December 2009, the book The Dynamics of Migration, Health and Livelihoods – INDEPTH Network Perspectives for which I did editorial work, was published by Ashgate. We are now planning to develop another set of articles for a special issue of an open access journal. Sites will contribute articles on the relation between migration and mortality, reproductive health and socio-economic status, using a longitudinal analysis. In two days we discussed the scientific content of the proposal, the training activities and timeline, the budget and possible funders.
